Sailing 07

hello, let me share with you what i have done this past few days!
10/3/07,sat:
woke up early in the morning,
get ready and went for band.
then, after warm up, we headed Deyi Sec for
music exchange.
So, there are three bands there.
boon lay,deyi and jurongville.
stayed there till 5pm and reached school at 6pm.
went to wendi's work place till 9pm,
finally home sweet home.

11/3/07,sun:
ROTTING AT HOME!!

12/3/07,mon:
WOKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING again,
headed band for camp.
from 8am-12pm, we were at Teck whye Sec
for a "pre-test" for syf, results from judges(professor/doctor of music)
were bronze/low silver.
guess we have to practise REAL HARD for the remaining week.

from 1pm-4pm was sectional(BORING)
and from 4pm-5.30pm was GAME!!
i played captain's ball, super fun.
result was 10+ Vs 3+
and we won!!
after game, got tested from mrs chee.
super scary, i was sweating all the way while playing.
then had dinner.
and guess what??
someone said that there is cockroach in the fried rice.
and everyone was O.0, as we ate half of the rice.
luckily no one had stomachache.
then from 8pm-10pm was combine.
after 10pm, home sweet home.

13/2/07,tues:
As usual, woke up early in the morning,
met cyn,fatimah,yh,john n justin at je and
we cab to Poly marina.
after, we put our bags in a room,put on our life vest
and were brief what to do,
we headed out to the sea with power boat.
the drivers were mainly Mr tan jj n Yu long(instructor)
during the first hour, some were on the sail boat
with the instructor, to learn how to sail.
the rest were on the powerboat.

As requested by someone on the powerboat to speed up,
Mr tan jj drove the PB in a super fast speed.
on the PB (mostly girls), screamed.
then after second hour, finally my turn to sail!!
my instructor is Xin Ni.
so i learned, point,bear,tack and jack and of course the BOOM.
got hit by the boom for 3 times XD
was supposed to try cap-sized drill.
but the PB instuctor told us to Heave to,
which mean i have to go back.
hais, so i nvr tired.
we headed back to Poly marina for lunch.
after lunch, we were back to our sailing place.
as usual, we take turns to sail.
and to not feel bored for the rest on the PB, Mr tan jj speed up the boat.
and indeed we had alot of fun.

this time, all the girls on PB tried stunt,
by putting one of our leg in the PB and one outside the PB,
(which mean the position of sitting a banana boat.
when the instructor speed up.
it was super FAST and FUN!
but as the driver turned 45 degree to the left,
i FLY to the right,out of the PB, and into the sea!
and of course,luckily i wore a life vest which keep me floating.
when i was back into the PB, my face turned white. hahas.
i felt super blank at that moment.
a great and deep experience for me to FLY out of the PB.
hahas.

after a few hours, i was on the sail boat again.
my instructor was Gary.
i must admit that im clumsy
with he's help, i tried cap-sized drill, fun fun:)
then, i was back into the PB.
This time, it started to rain heavily.
so all of us have to head back to Poly marine,
which also mean our sailing session had end:(

anyway, in conclusion,
I LOVE SAILING!
a super wonderful experience for me.
hope to sail again!
